3 Rooms to rent for 2 months in BATEMAN, Western Australia for sale

As the title suggests I have 2 months left on this lease and three unfurnished rooms to fill.
Move In Date: 1st October (flexible)
Move Out Date: 30th November (not flexible)
The House:
If you have a look at the map picture the house is in the little suburb of Bateman which is quiet and beautiful. There is room for 3 cars on the driveway and street parking is available> bateman is a family area and feels very safe. We are 10mins walk away from Bull Creek station and Murdoch university. The house is a short drive away from Garden City and a big Woolworths in Bull Creek. The city is 15mins via car and Freo is 20! Great Location.
Inside the house is fully furnished (except the rooms) TV, Wifi, All kitchen amenities, Washing Machine and dining space are all ready to go, as it gets warmer we have full air-conditioning and a huge outdoor space for BBQing, sun-bathing and entertaining
Bills, I am anticipating the 2 months will cost about $150 Per Person. (wifi, water, elec and gas)
The rooms are all unfurnished but have ample space for clothes and storage. They are fully air conditioned and have big windows for light and air, They all also have locks inside and out for privacy if need be.
Room 1: Ensuite double room at the front of the house. (Open to couples if required)
$140 p/week or $165 for a couple
Room 2 & 3: Both Double rooms with a shared bathroom.
$105 p/week

I am a 24 year old POM, currently a full time worker, Very busy saving for a year of study at ECU next year. I love to cook and clean which means the house looks pretty good most of the time! Having people over for food and drinks is another of my real enjoyments, I play squash and run as much I can. Very open honest lad hoping to fill these rooms ASAP.

Would like 2 weeks rent up front as a bond but this will cover the last two weeks in November.
