Awesome Housemate Wanted - CHEAP MURDOCH SHAREHOUSE in BATEMAN, Western Australia for sale

Hello there.
We are a big house of 5 Murdoch university students and new-grads, who are looking for a new LONG-TERM housemate to fill the spare bedroom and also the void in our hearts. We are committed to our work and studies, but this doesn't mean we have no social life.
The bedroom available is only furnished with a study desk, closet and ceiling fan, which still gives you the freedom of turning it into your own man/girl cave. The rest of the house is already taken care of. The house is in Murdoch and features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and 2 living areas, including a new dishwasher(!!). With a large backyard, there will be so much room for activities! - like smoking, if you are that way inclined. If you have a car, there is ample off road parking to park your baby.
The house location is a short bus ride to Freo and the Murdoch Train Station. Murdoch University and Winthrop Gardens Shopping Centre are within walking distance. The rent is $101 a week which does not include utilities. You're not gonna find anything cheaper than this!!
We are seeking a ladsy, laid back housemate and possible new member to our cool gang (it’s not just the 5 of us). This person shall not be a neat-freak and accepts the occasional messy student house, but at the same time not a slob either. A casual party-goer who respects exam periods and work days would be highly regarded.
People who are witty, movie quote literate and funny in their own special way will be smiled upon. Croc wearers will be frowned upon. So will straight-edged, socially awkward behaviour.
